Canned chile peppers. Are they hot? I have a recipe for? - chile peppers diagram
Mexican Corn Bread calls for canned peppers from Chile. Lose their "hot" when they are in cans? They lose their heat to cook? Should I replace the plain green peppers?

Canned diced jalapenos are very sweet and preserves are warmer. If you hesitate, you use half the pepper called for baking corn bread, biscuits and see whether you think the end product too sharp.
I think with canned peppers isgoing it anvantage a variant. A pepper wouldnt add much to the antenna. I like both kinds of peppers and have found that can be obtained, but warm. Heck try both if you wish to use Xtra spice.
