You and your child are probably good CPR is said that the child is safe when used a defibrillator, and I think it's just a shock to the battery.
My mother was playing with the TV once when I was pregnant and that they are very hard surprise, but it has not hurt the baby, I doubt that mobile phones will harm you and your baby good .. nothing happens.
I seriously doubt that the fetus itself felt / noticed. I would not worry.
