Where can you go for a mental health retreat? - mental health retreats
A local hospial with a psychiatric service. I was not all at once.
Sometimes I go to a retreat in a monastery and stay there for 3-4 days .... as a retreat for me to chill out.

Any place to relax, like a holiday for concern. do what you love, and it is cheap. (unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg)
I know that isInt verry spasific but my version of a zen like place is difrent
